Shipping policy

All orders ship on Tuesdays. While unlikely, if your box arrives punctured, crushed or damaged take a picture of it prior to opening it. If a piece is damaged during shipping, please notify us at sannyceramics@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product with a picture of the alleged damages. It is within Sanny Ceramics sole discretion to determine shipping damage.

If you feel you have received a defective item, contact us immediately with a description of the issue. Sanny Ceramics may, in its sole discretion, determine defectiveness.
